Refund policy
I need to change something about my order.
We allow a 1 hour window for any changes you need to make to your order, however, this cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to make any changes to your order these changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order on the website. Please email info@bravobox.co.uk quoting your order number and your request and we will try our best to help.
Can I get a refund?
We are only able to process a refund if your order hasn’t been shipped yet and is
within 7 working days of placing your order.
To request a refund please submit a request to info@bravobox.co.uk with your order number.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (depending on your individual bank).
Has my order been shipped?
When we have shipped your orders you will be sent a despatch confirmation email, these can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folders by your email provider. If you are unable to find a confirmation email please contact us and let us know and we can investigate this for you.
Following this you will then receive delivery details from DPD or Evri.

Bravo Box Ltd works with DPD Local and Evri for all shipping.
AgeChecked Verification Fail
We use AgeChecked software to verify you are 18 or over when purchasing alcohol from our site. Should you fail verification we will contact you to inform you. We can update details if you have entered a wrong address and run the verification again. However, if you purchase from this site and are under 18. No refund will be given and you will not receive any products from Bravo Box.
